1. Log in or register to My Account. Go to the 'My Payments' page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Request 7 -day extension'.
2. Use the 24-hour self-serve option by calling 1300 086 489. Select option 2 and follow the prompts.
3. Call our Customer Service team on 1300 086 489.
Please note, you can only set up the 7-day extension if it is before the due date on your bill.
