Unitywaters' George Theo and Terri Irwin at Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital

By identifying and supporting the organisations that reflect our vision, values and corporate objectives, we can build strong and lasting relationships with our many stakeholders, including customers, industry, and the wider community in which we operate.

Australia Zoo

Unitywaters' George Theo and Terri Irwin at Australia Zoo Wildlife HospitalWe have an ongoing partnership with Australia Zoo to feed sick and injured koalas at their wildlife hospital by allowing them to harvest mature eucalypt trees growing at our facilities.

We also run Get Back to Tap for Turtles – a joint initiative with Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors – to educate local schools and the public about the negative impacts of plastic water bottle waste, and benefits of drinking tap water. In 2014, we raised $10,000 for the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital to go towards their turtle rehabilitation program.

    Saving Tips
  • Kitchen Tip #1

Save water in the kitchen by scraping plates clean instead of rinsing them under running water, not using running water to thaw food, and by soaking your pots and pans rather than scrubbing them under running water.
